At-Home Remedies for Your Gum Disease

This practice will encourage elimination of bacteria and enhances healing of the gum tissues.

Green tea can also be considered a cure for gum problems and many people utilize this kind of remedy to fight against bacterial growth in gum disease. In addition to that, flavonoids or antioxidants must be added to your diet like those found in lime, carrots, onions and broccoli as they are known to makes the teeth and gums healthy.

Cayenne, on other hand, is a natural cure for gum disease as this substance contains an active ingredient which is considered to be a stimulant, a powerful antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory substance. In fact, a mild cayenne pepper can be drunk as soup or tea and you can drink it up to 3 times per day after brushing.
